Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Construction Engineer with extensive expertise in construction oversight and project leadership to become a part of our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will act as a resident engineer, supervising highway construction initiatives for various clients. Your duties will encompass managing inspection teams and material testing personnel, generating comprehensive reports, and guaranteeing adherence to project specifications. You will collaborate closely with client representatives, coordinate with technical staff, and play a key role in contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the relevant state or eligibility to obtain licensure promptly
  • Over 15 years of experience in construction oversight, ideally with governmental projects
  • Familiarity with construction and administrative protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in evaluating and contributing to construction timelines
