Admission Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Admission RN to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As an Admission RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize a holistic approach to nursing care, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to learn basic computer skills and utilize the nursing process in planning or providing care for patients/residents of all ages.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, co-workers, and self, assuming responsibility for professional activities and demonstrating effective leadership and organizational skills.
• Coordinate the admission process, initial assessment, and plan of care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Demonstrate the ability to wear a properly fitting respiratory protective mask for periods of time without limitations and possess visual acuity with corrective lenses to read printed material and visualize patients.
Requirements:
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support.
