Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment: Work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes, workflows, and operational challenges, particularly in career coaching and immersive experience programs.
    • Identify process inefficiencies and areas for enhancement through data analysis, stakeholder input, and regular reviews.
    • Collaborate with leadership to allocate necessary resources, budget, and support for improvement initiatives.
  • Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies for process enhancement that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
    • Lead initiatives from inception to implementation, including designing new workflows, creating documentation, and executing changes.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness and engaging employees in enhancement efforts.
  • Implementation: Organize training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of process improvements.
    • Monitor and track the progress of improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the Research & Evaluation Team to leverage data insights for planning and assessment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to empowering underserved youth, aligning with the organization's mission.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data visualization, and relevant software tools.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or youth development programs is advantageous.
