We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Outreach Specialist to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through effective provider recruitment marketing support within Physician Services and Development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide copywriting and database information management support to ensure a continual pool of high-quality physician candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize CRM database performance, print and online advertising, sourcing, email and direct mail campaigns, conference planning, collateral development, and residency and fellowship outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, marketing campaigns, and recruitment metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or Information Technology, or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years combined experience in professional writing, database administration, and/or project management in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred qualifications include 2 years of marketing, advertising, vendor negotiations, data management, efficiency testing, and managing complex projects, as well as 1 year of strategic project planning.
