Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build trust relationships with customers, understanding their needs and presenting relevant products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and inventory control procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
