Job Title: Relationship Manager III

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager III to join our Commercial Banking team in Nashville, TN. As a Relationship Manager III, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement relationship strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share
  • Work with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Originate, analyze, and negotiate credit and non-credit products and services
  • Manage risk and return for new and existing clients
  • Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being
  • Drive client engagement and loyalty
  • Manage effective networks of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones
Requirements
  • University/college degree
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk
  • Knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies
