About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to join our team as a Business Insurance Position. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in supporting our agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our business.
  • Assist in the administration of insurance policies, including policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions.
Qualifications
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a sales-minded approach.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, is a plus.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
