Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC), a subsidiary of OPENLANE. As a key member of our Business Development Center (BDC), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to AFC branches, Area Sales Managers, and Marketing teams.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to educate and up-sell customers on AFC and OPENLANE products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience.
- Automotive industry experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
