AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Indianapolis metro area. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements through storm damage related to roofing, siding, and gutter projects.

With a fully staffed operational department, you will have the time to focus on selling and building relationships with customers, rather than getting bogged down with project management.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Performance-based pay structure
  • Commission on approved sales
  • $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings)

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners
  • Educate customers on industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures
  • Manage sales pipeline via our CRM
  • Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance)
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Industry knowledge a plus
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Dedication to personal career development
  • Valid driver's license and 21 years of age or older preferred
