Patient Access Liaison

As a Patient Access Representative at Cynet Systems, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and patients, resolving routine requests and providing exceptional customer service. Your strong communication skills and medical terminology knowledge will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. You will work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring timely and accurate notification of test results. Additionally, you will perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to maintain HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer requests and provide product or service information via phone, email, or internet
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of solutions
• Provide customer education and information as needed
• Qualify and establish new customers requesting products and services
• Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
• Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience
