We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical/Dental Receptionist to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position available for our Puyallup Medical and Dental Clinic. As a Medical/Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar. You will also take messages, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and communicate efficiently with patients while being sensitive to their needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have a high level of work ethic and professionalism, as well as the ability to multi-task and properly use basic office software. Travel to the Everson Medical clinic will be required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be proficient in using computer software and typing skills.
