We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Class Action Attorney to join our plaintiff's side employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various types of employment cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment litigation matters.
  • Work closely with the managing partner and other attorneys to strategize and obtain the best possible results for clients.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development and litigation.
  • Prepare and present complex legal arguments and motions to the court.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
