Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the food service operations at a healthcare facility. This role is ideal for culinary professionals looking to balance their career with personal life while advancing in a leading organization within the food service industry. You will manage a small team, catering to the needs of patients, medical staff, and visitors, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of culinary management, including inventory control, procurement, and receiving.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of profit and loss accountability and experience in contract-managed services.
  • Develop menus with a focus on cost management, sourcing local ingredients, and sustainability.
  • Foster a passion for healthful eating and environmental responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Minimum of three years in culinary management within contract food service or fine dining.
  • Familiarity with food trends, quality control, sanitation, and presentation.
  • Experience in healthcare or senior living dining is advantageous.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
