About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and marketing our luxury products, and serving as a leader when the Store Manager is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management in overall store leadership and supervision, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive brand awareness and advocacy to exceed projected store goals, collaborating with local partners to raise awareness across the region.
  • Aid in recruiting, hiring, and developing store associates, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Provide a premium customer experience, building strong relationships with our consumers and serving as a role model for our team.
  • Support management in maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment.
  • Ensure financial objectives and controls are consistently and correctly managed, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • In the absence of store management, provide leadership to ensure the store operates to Tempur-Pedic standards, making decisions that align with company goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and open environment across all areas of the company, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of retail management experience in high-end luxury and/or custom products.
  • Strong sales skills in a consultative environment, with the ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with current best practice retail methods, procedures, and standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to adapt to changing store needs and patterns.
  • Fluency with current retail software and computer systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.

We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We provide a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour, plus a monthly incentive based on production. Reimbursement for commuting expenses is also available for scheduled shifts.
