Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Sales Prowess: Demonstrated prowess in sales with evidence of branch growth.
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in a branch environment and 5 years in branch management.
  • Complex Account Management: At least 3 years of managing complex business and consumer accounts.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Robust interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Proven leadership in team development and customer service.
  • Recruitment, Training, and Coaching: Competency in recruitment, training, coaching, and staff performance management.
  • Community Involvement: Active engagement in local community business organizations.
  • Notary Public (Preferred): Notary Public is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other banking platforms.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Flexibility with work hours to meet branch needs, including occasional extended hours.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance: Possession of a current California driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate vehicle insurance.
