Bilingual Child Outpatient Clinician

Wellmore Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Child Outpatient Clinician - Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment to children, adolescents, and families in our outpatient program.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapies to children, adolescents, and families, including crisis intervention and case management.
- Collaborate with other professionals and team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related human services field.
- At least one year of clinical internship experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Connecticut license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Doctorate Psychologist (preferred).
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families (preferred).
- Ability to read, write, translate, and interpret Spanish.
