About the Role:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Sprinkler System Specialist to join their team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret schematics to determine materials needed for each project.
  • Cut and assemble pipe systems to ensure proper installation.
  • Inspect sprinkler systems for fire code violations and perform necessary repairs.
  • Log all repairs and maintenance, reporting significant issues to management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sprinkler service.
  • Proficiency in using power and hand tools.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • A positive and respectful attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
