Job Overview

The LeBlanc Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services, including life, health, and disability insurance.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients and partners.
  • Marketing and Branding: Participate in marketing efforts to promote The LeBlanc Group's brand and services.
Requirements
  • License and Certification: Obtain and maintain a valid life insurance license, and complete any required training and certification programs.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
