We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary contact between customers and our sales department, driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through salesmanship, leadership, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments, and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or service industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean safety record, and pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
Skills and Demands:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Physical demands include regular talking and hearing, and active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
