Key Responsibilities- Assess patients on admission and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and evaluate nursing care provided to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- BCLS certification and ACLS required
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care
