Caesars Entertainment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and assign rooms for cleaning and continuously monitor and update room status.
- Work closely with Room Inventory clerks and properly dispatch errands per guest requests.
- Process and log entries into log books and properly place found property in designated storage locations.
- Assist with receiving and distributing found property from hotel guestrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous computer and customer service experience is preferred.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to read, write fluently in English.
- Must type a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Must present a professional appearance.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to continuously maneuver around the office, effectively work at a desk and respond to written and aural cues. Must have the manual dexterity to operate the computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to respond calmly to demands of internal customers and work in pressure situations. Must be able to work independently. Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
