Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to join our team. As a Conference Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating details for conferences, meetings, and special events. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their events are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and make reservations for clients.
  • Plan and coordinate use of the conference center.
  • Communicate with operating departments, including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual.
  • Finalize all planning details with clients and distribute to operating departments.
  • Check conference rooms and ensure Audio Visual equipment are set according to customer standards.
  • Provide business center services as requested.
  • Track information in the database and run end-of-day reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of planning experience.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and ability to share information with staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
