Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive individual to become a part of our Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming Sales and Service inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
  • Follow up on leads and confirm appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Monitor your Lead/Show/Sale conversion rates
  • Arrange Service Appointments and confirm them
  • Reach out to all unsold leads
  • Contact customers who missed their appointments

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Previous office experience is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
