Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive individual to become a part of our Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming Sales and Service inquiries
- Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
- Follow up on leads and confirm appointments
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Monitor your Lead/Show/Sale conversion rates
- Arrange Service Appointments and confirm them
- Reach out to all unsold leads
- Contact customers who missed their appointments
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional telephone communication skills
- Previous office experience is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
