Medical Director Opportunity in Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled psychiatrist to join our team as a Medical Director in our In-Patient department. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Oversee the delivery of patient care and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

Requirements:

  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Experience in leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
