Salary
$150,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Subject Matter Expert with at least 15 years of experience to provide subject matter expertise in strategic workforce planning, analyzing workforce supply and demand data, and making recommendations to support the organization's future needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic workforce planning expertise to support business goals.
  • Analyze workforce supply and demand data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Provide training and support to employees to adapt to new processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Federal experience related to functional responsibilities.
Excellent computer literacy in FAA multi-system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
Prioritize and manage actions to meet deadlines and requirements in a high volume, high stress environment.
