We are currently in search of a proficient Production Coordinator to manage and enhance our production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production oversight within the construction field.

As a Production Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass supervising the production division, coordinating all aspects related to roofing projects. This role involves managing labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. We seek an individual with strong leadership capabilities, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in their work. This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday.

ABOUT US

We are an established roofing firm with 18 years of experience, specializing in residential and retail roofing applications. Our primary focus is on tile roofing, catering mainly to retirees and clients with second homes in Florida. Historically, our business has thrived on referrals, as we have not engaged in advertising until recently. Our customer-first philosophy is well recognized in our community.

QUALIFICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engaging with clients to schedule projects and maintain communication throughout the job.
  • Pre-planning project execution, developing schedules, and addressing any escalated issues.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the completion of all roofing projects from initiation to conclusion.
  • Implementing and managing all production processes effectively.
  • Coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Tracking job progress, identifying potential challenges, and applying corrective measures to meet project goals.
  • Managing multiple installations daily, prioritizing tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintaining communication with crews during installations to guarantee job quality and completion.
  • Scheduling and overseeing city/county inspections.
  • Reviewing project costs upon completion and proposing process improvements as necessary.
  • Performing other related duties as required to support the ongoing needs of the organization.
