Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product data across various divisions and areas in the United States. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Supplier teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new items for designated divisions/areas, reviewing incoming new item forms for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining item sales restrictions related to regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain existing items and address changes upon requests from Marketing, Purchasing, or SKU Optimization teams.
  • Resolve item discrepancies by working with Distribution teams on Product Discrepancy Forms via the online DC Communications tool.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties, including item pricing management, as required.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Access is preferred.
  • AS400 and JD Edwards knowledge are helpful.

Minimum Work Experience

Typically, 2 or more years of related experience.

Preferred Education

Typically, High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands

No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $33,815 to $59,176, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
