About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Reference and Market Data product outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting ambitious outcome-based roadmaps, creating value for our clients, and working closely with our development, commercial, services, architecture, and delivery teams.

The main focus areas for this role include:
  • Expertise in SimCorp's target market, including buy-side investment management business operating models, desired outcomes, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in data-related technologies, service-oriented design, Cloud delivery techniques, and the broader data ingestion and management industry.
  • Leadership skills to create a market-leading Product Vision, Strategy, and Value Propositions.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Product-centric: Contributes to the Data product vision and strategy, develops and guards an up-to-date product strategy, and manages the Reference and Market Data product lifecycle.
  • Commercial mindset: Conducts research, attends industry events, and client meetings to discover customer needs and wants, and is accountable for the success of the Market & Reference Data products.
  • Leadership: Provides leadership to peers in the Market & Reference Data team, works closely with product, product architects, sales, services, marketing, and engineering teams, and mentors and guides members of the product area team.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Market & Reference Data business or related product management.
  • Agile certified product manager or product owner certification.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate regularly with stakeholders, product owners, and different departments within the organization.
