Job Summary
Versar Global Solutions is looking for a talented Global HRIS & Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the global HR and Support Services Team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating process optimizations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include managing ADP WorkForce Now (ADP WFN aka HRIS) system configuration, security, business processes, roles, and ensuring the current setup is aligned with best practices. You will also collaborate with the IT team on activities related to system maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing, including new releases as applicable.

A strong background in human resources, data analysis, and project management is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000– $100,000 per year, plus additional benefits and compensation.
