Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments, to support the learning objectives of our employees.
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of employees, using a variety of instructional methods and techniques to engage and motivate learners.
  • Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and coach other trainers to develop their skills and knowledge in instructional design and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
