We are seeking a highly skilled Addictions Therapist Clinical Supervisor to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based therapies and clinical supervision to patients with substance use and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling and therapy to patients with diverse backgrounds and their affected family members.
  • Apply evidence-based therapies, principles, techniques, and strategies to facilitate patient progress into recovery.
  • Identify and work towards mutually determined treatment goals with patients.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff during regularly scheduled supervision sessions.
  • Collaborate with patient, family, and treatment team to create a treatment plan that provides the best possible recovery and stabilization.
Requirements
  • Master of Science or Master of Arts degree from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
  • Full Mental Health Licensure in the State of Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • 5 years of clinical experience with individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness.
  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 360 hours of specialized substance use disorder education as outlined in WI Statutes SPS 161.
  • Clinical Supervisor Substance Abuse Certification, Substance Abuse Certification (SAC or CSAC).
