Job Summary

Rosecrance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Addiction Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health services team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals and families to overcome substance abuse and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on substance abuse and mental health topics.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) or equivalent experience.
  • Licensed as a SAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Wisconsin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with electronic health records.
