This position is integral to a team that oversees Brand, Communications, and Marketing, requiring collaboration across various departments to support a wide array of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or a comparable combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Specialist include:
- Ensuring a cohesive representation of the brand throughout all marketing efforts.
- Implementing marketing strategies through traditional channels, including print materials and direct outreach.
- Collaborating with external agencies to create content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Executing marketing campaigns while ensuring consistency with brand identity and integration with digital platforms.
- Working alongside internal teams to launch marketing initiatives that foster engagement and retention.
- Overseeing content production and collaborating with design resources to deliver high-quality materials.
- Analyzing campaign performance and conducting competitive research to identify areas for improvement.
- Staying informed about industry trends and consumer behavior to drive innovation.
- Utilizing data insights to make informed recommendations that enhance business outcomes.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ensuring all marketing practices meet industry standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing software.
