We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Professional to join our team at Walden Security. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working on-site and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Field Service Professional, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mobile surveillance units and associated system components. You will work closely with our management staff to resolve operational and safety concerns, conduct site tours, and provide detailed reports of replacement parts needed for repairs.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience with low voltage troubleshooting, electrical licenses, and alarm systems, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and maintenance of mobile surveillance units
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conducting site tours and creating detailed reports
  • Working closely with management staff to resolve operational and safety concerns

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a clean driving record, and experience with low voltage troubleshooting. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Physical demands of this role include regularly standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally, you may need to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
