Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our innovative Workflows Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability of our products utilized by both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tests across various methodologies to enhance application stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the backend for the frontend is robust and that potential issues are identified early.
  • Work alongside Product to validate core user workflows, enabling confident deployment of new features.
  • Engage with other engineering teams to maintain reliable system contracts.
  • Assist in improving deployment frequency, minimizing error regressions, and supporting bug triage efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Typescript and Javascript, including frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CI/CD and automated testing practices.
  • Familiarity with the advantages and disadvantages of various testing strategies.
  • Experience in building web applications or developer tools is advantageous.

Technical Environment

  • Utilization of REST API, Prisma ORM, Postgres, and Kafka, hosted on AWS with Kubernetes.
  • Development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) hosted on Cloudflare.
  • Testing frameworks include Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress.
  • Authentication and authorization through Auth0 and JWT.
  • Collaboration tools include Gitlab, Slack, Notion, Figma, Datadog, AWS Athena, and Jira.
  • Design system based on Vue/Tailwind (Unocss) component library.
