Position Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Bayside Office. The Patient Coordinator will manage all front office operations and provide essential support to patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. Previous experience in healthcare is mandatory.

Work Schedule: Full-time, requiring 30+ hours per week with varied availability, including weekdays and rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
  • Foster a professional and welcoming environment to enhance the quality of service provided to patients and their respective providers.
  • Understand the flow of patient care and anticipate the needs of providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle inventory management and supply stocking as required.
  • Participate in all training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in healthcare is essential.
  • Experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR software and patient scheduling systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional patient relations and customer service skills are a must.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and dedication are expected from all employees.
  • Prior experience in a dermatology or medical setting is preferred.
  • Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends is essential.

Compensation: Hourly pay range is $16—$20 USD.
