About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Training Specialist to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enable government agency IT support personnel to provide top-notch support to consular sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of government agency IT support personnel.
  • Instructional Design: Create engaging and interactive training materials, including course outlines, learning objectives, and knowledge assessment questions.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars to train personnel on IT support-focused topics.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum for training programs, including content outlines, learning objectives, and interactive simulations.
  • Training Materials Development: Prepare student materials and training documentation, including course manuals, workbooks, instructor notes, handouts, and course evaluation forms.
  • Training Evaluation: Review student performance and support requests to determine training impact and conduct research to develop and revise training materials.
  • Customer Support: Provide direct customer support through class portal, email, and direct messaging.
  • Technical Support: Create and maintain computer images and custom scripts used in the classroom environment.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and the government sponsor(s) using standard training standards and software.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: In Information Technology, with a focus on training and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity tools, experience with multimedia development tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance, and have a current and active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Technical Training Experience: Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an IT support-focused environment.
  • Agile Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Webinar Software: Experience with webinar software, such as Webex, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • ServiceNow and Salesforce: Experience with applications such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
