We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Addiction Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in providing support to individuals recovering from alcohol and/or illicit substance use disorder.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Monitor client behavior, prevent and de-escalate high-intensity situations, and conduct personal body searches as required.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation to and from pick-up locations, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including urine screen results and other relevant data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive and respectful work environment, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Basic computer skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, CPR/First Aid training preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs over prolonged periods, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
