Addiction Recovery Unit Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Chippenham Hospital, part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

As a Registered Nurse on our Addiction Recovery Unit, you will be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality patient care and support. Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications and provide wound care to patients under your supervision
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions between care teams
