Richmond Opco LLC, a leader in providing exceptional care to residents, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team

About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you will provide direct care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.

You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring that our residents' physical and emotional needs are met. Your compassionate and caring attitude will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Provide basic nursing assistance, such as taking temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse readings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist residents with range of motion exercises and mobility.
  • Document resident care and progress.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
