Job Summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our Ad Agency and brand teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the Agency Workflow Process and the ability to provide strategic direction and counsel to help brand teams meet their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and be able to maintain knowledge of Company's guidelines, including corporate branding and promotional material development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand teams to develop creative briefs and recommend key promotional tactics
  • Issue client contact reports to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders
  • Review creative development of a project during concept to completion to ensure specifications, client expectations, budgets, timelines, etc. are being adhered to
  • Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop annual forecasts and conduct financial reconciliations on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required; Master's degree or equivalent related project or functional experience is desirable
  • Total account management experience - minimum of 4-6 years
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (both U.S. and Global)
  • In-house ad agency/ad agency experience a plus
