Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with outstanding service. You will also be responsible for representing Lovesac on social media platforms, showcasing our products and features, and promoting our brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed all sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service, greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining outstanding standards.
  • Social Media and Brand Awareness: Represent Lovesac on social media platforms, showcasing features and benefits, and the uniqueness of our product platform.
  • Product Knowledge and Education: Consistently educate clients of current promotional offerings and products, while maintaining knowledge of current promotional offerings and products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Store Standards and Maintenance: Partner with store management to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved, and enhance all aspects of customer service, including order management. Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers, and customers. Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven to sell.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office, including iPad, laptop, and POS systems.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and regularly report to work at Corporate Headquarters or designated touchpoint.
  • Ability to travel, as required by the Company, for occasional meetings and conferences.
