We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Forecasting and Insights to join our Commercial Excellence team. This role will be responsible for driving orders forecasting, revenue forecasting, and providing commercial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve analytics-driven revenue forecasting process and model at the account, team, and business unit level.
- Implement forecast and funnel analytics to consistently improve forecast accuracy and provide forecast risk adjustments and ranges of outcomes.
- Provide critical weekly and monthly KPIs and leading funnel/commercial indicators, synthesizing executive-level insights on gaps/wins and analyzing/highlighting trends.
- Develop reporting analytics around territory and team performance, measuring quota achievement and accurately administering variable compensation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in an analytics function, building advanced Excel models and delivering synthesized insights for executive-level consumption.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries, maintaining and joining data tables, and building forecasting models in Python.
This is a remote work arrangement eligible role, and we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $170,000. We are committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and we value the unique perspectives and experiences of our associates, customers, and shareholders.
