Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the customer service department at Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising information center personnel and performing customer service representative duties as needed. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to airport guests while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service experience and 2 years of supervisory experience. An Associate's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. The starting salary range for this position is $52,723 - $71,733 per year.

This role involves managing the lost and found program, issuing BNA PASSport guest passes, and conducting onboarding training for team members. You will also be responsible for providing data to management to prepare customer service metrics reporting and assisting with identifying and updating customer service training content quarterly.
