About This Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Team Lead to join our team at Service Experts.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily work operations, ensuring adequate staffing to meet customer needs, and providing technical guidance and support to technicians.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to train and coach employees, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a safety leader and mentor to technicians in your area.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Management Team to develop and implement effective safety protocols and training programs.
  • Review and schedule upcoming work to optimize productivity and meet customer demands.
  • Lead installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess technician performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist technicians with complex or difficult assignments and conduct quality-control reviews of completed work.
  • Train employees on technical skills, company processes, and safety procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HVAC, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and coach employees.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
