Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing our market share in rotary screw air compressor, centrifugal air compressor, air treatment, and nitrogen generation product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned areas to achieve sales goals.
- Develop action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
- Manage, call on, and sell products directly to customers in assigned areas.
- Establish rapport through regular contact with existing and new customers, particularly key accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, introduce new products and upgrades, and study customer needs.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
- Self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven business analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
