Job Overview

This position involves handling incoming service requests, including ticketing, delivery, repair actions, and inventory management. As the initial point of contact for customer service issues, we value individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and can make prompt, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Label and track inventory items, ensuring accurate location records within the warehouse.
  • Oversee help desk requests from initiation to resolution.
  • Facilitate restoration, repair, and cleaning of office equipment as needed.
  • Document service requests and manage their progression through the resolution process.
  • Close completed service tickets efficiently.
  • Monitor and report weekly on the status of all service calls.
  • Collaborate with repair personnel to meet client expectations.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in answering, documenting, and tracking incoming phone inquiries.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities, both over the phone and in person, with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in furniture restoration and repair is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and forecast resource needs for service calls.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to senior management as required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
