Job Description

The Director of Business Growth will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through new sales opportunities, partnerships, and lead generation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and be able to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Nurture and expand existing partnerships to boost lead generation and project size.
  • Identify, reach out to, and present BluSky's services to new prospects.
  • Maintain active membership in targeted associations, aiming for leadership roles.
  • Support the sales team by adhering to our established sales processes.
Key Responsibilities

The Director of Business Growth will be responsible for:

  • Achieving targets set by our KPIs for face-to-face activities.
  • Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and contingency plans.
  • Establishing meaningful connections with clients through various communication channels.
  • Developing a strong and strategic book of business.
Marketing Duties

The Director of Business Growth will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with leadership to plan levels of association involvement and budgets.
  • Representing BluSky at trade shows, community events, and networking activities, including evenings and weekends.
