Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Kitchen Staff: You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, stewards, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Maintain High Standards of Quality and Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen, including adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Work with the Management Team: You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
