Job Title: Powertrain EE Triage/Validation Engineer

At G-TECH Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and validating powertrain electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead powertrain electrical root cause analysis and determination of issues during all pilot phases.
  • Drive issues to resolution by working with various teams.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve powertrain electrical system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical system issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive system and component development.
  • Knowledge of CDA, CAN, CANalizer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalizer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
  • Knowledge of Shanin Red X or other reactive quality tools.
  • Green belt and Black belt certification.
